Total Health Dental Care is hiring a Financial Coordinator! Bring your retail and customer service experience to the healthcare environment. We are seeking a go-getter with excellent customer service/sales experience who can help us drive office and company goals to results.

About Total Health Dental Care: Total Health Dental Care, a distinguished fee-for-service group practice, is seeking a dedicated Financial Coordinator. At THDC, we represent the future of private practice, firmly rooted in the principles of ambition, ownership, and unwavering excellence. With 14 locations in the Bay Area, our mission is to deliver exceptional oral health to each patient through cutting-edge technology and premium care.

Pay: From $25ph-$40ph

Location: Oakland, CA

Hours: 7.40am - 4.40pm, 4 days per week

Duties and responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive, friendly atmosphere
• Contact patients by phone to confirm appointments or book future appointments
• Present financial arrangements to patients
• Build a schedule for the office and obtain production goals
• Maintain patient records and update information on Dentrix
• Ensure office is tidy, presentable, and welcoming
• Be the primary point of contact for your office and between your clinical staff
• Reach weekly and quarterly goals
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales and/or management role (preferred)
• Dental experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to make outbound calls daily by phone
• Flexibility with schedule
• Patient-focused with a positive attitude
• Team player with a go-getter mentality
